“Ryan Harvey couldn’t wait to be in Middle School. He was so excited to be one of the big kids. He loved to see all of his friends at school and he thought his teachers were the best. He had the most keep-trying spirit of anyone I’ve ever known in my life. When Ryan was in a wheel chair he would always want to come to school, but when he couldn’t he would be unbelievably sad. Ryan was also very smart and always found a way to overcome obstacles. He even tricked his teachers into getting him to be in band! That takes intellect! Above all these things, Ryan Harvey could certainly make people happy. He had this way of making you laugh and he could think of the funniest jokes. Ryan also had the most wonderful smile. Even if you didn’t know him directly, remember his name and what he did because Ryan Harvey was an amazing kid.”
